Training Didn't Happen?

Okay, what do I do about this?

I check my training results this morning, download the HRF in to HO and see that while form on various players went up and down, none of my trainees gained in TSI. I wasn't expecting any pops, but a missed week of training isn't acceptable...

Who do I contact in HT to get this resolved?

Am I the only owner something like this has happened to? :p

I was holding out hope that this weeks training session would give a double shot of training since I received none last week......but no luck there. It even appears that I am seeing this anamoly two weeks in a row. Only one of my goalies could play this week and his TSI went up ever so slightly, but not nearly what it normally does (off by a factor of 4 or 5). The other goalie had his TSI and form drop due to not playing.

So I guess I am just SOL here with no recourse to recoup the missed week of training that the HT training engine decided to bestow upon me??

My players trained and I even got a pop.

Is it possible you used a bad formation? I did that once and it caused me not to train.

That's what I thought may have happened at first but went back in and double checked it....nope, each match was a 3-4-3.

You didn't lose training this week or last. Are you sure about not getting training?
