i wish i had work to keep my mind off the game. i have a commitment tonight so i can't even go until tomorrow morning, this is torture. check out the US/Mex vid clip which is fantastic and will wet your apetite. can't wait to celebrate with the players after we qualify

Just got this note from the pub this morning about the party tonight...
Also, an international documentary filmmaker has caught wind of your pre-game celebration party on Fri. and is coming to film the event for a film on soccer fans around the world! They will also be filming across Europe, mainly in Germany, comparing fans and highlighting the road to the Cup. They came to the pub today to test lighting and would like to interview folks, so I suggest representing the U.S. and turning it out in your jerseys and soccer shirts! A newspaper has also expressed interest in conducting interviews and shooting pics. This thing has grown into media attention I had not expected and I just wanted you to be aware of the situation before a camera was in your face while double fisting two Guinness. In lieu of these interests I have sent a press release to my friend at the Columbus Dispatch about your event to see of they bite.
So wear your scarves and jerseys with pride tonight - let's show them how the USA rolls...

I'm stuck at work until 5 but it's fairly pointless me being here. I start a new job a week from Monday and I'm just trying to "finish out the series."

I'm so pumped I'm typing this reply from McCarran airport's free WiFi. I should be at the bar by 7pm at the latest with my big ass banner in hand.
