Mods please sticky.

I can't believe I have to start doing this now, but since I've already started getting questions ... here goes!

Well now that it's official that the Panama/US qualifier will be here in Foxboro Oct 12th...

The Midnight Riders will be selling $20 tickets for $16 (plus $1 per order for shipping/handling). From a quick conversation I just had with the Revs, they are closing off ticketing to the Fort (the Sam's Army section). The only way anyone will be able to buy tickets in the SA section will be through us.

As usual, tickets in the Fort (section 143) will be GA. Your tickets when they arrive in the mail will have assigned seat numbers on them, but hopefully since (I believe) we're the only ones selling tickets in the section, we shouldn't have any issues anyway. Once I have more info on that, I'll post.

We are already in the process of speaking to a bar about 5 miles from the stadium, and doing a Hartford type event (meet at the bar for a few hours, then head to the stadium).

Tailgate as usual will be BYO beer and food, but as usual, there will always be extras.

I know this will be a tough game for people to come out to. Most likely (knocking heavily on wood) we'll already be qualified, and Panama's not exactly a draw. But we could use all the US fans we can get!

So please keep a look out on the Midnight Riders (http://www.midnightriders.com) site as well as here as we update info once we all get back from CBus.

Oh ... one last thing ... GO US!

Excellent. Good to see we won't be paying $35-40 for this one. See you all there.

Will Revs Fort season tickets be honored? What event # is it?

Did anyone else get the email from USSF saying the game was on Saturday October 12? And I think that was the second time I saw it referred to that way. Made me wonder which part was wrong, the Saturday, or the 12? But now the website is finally confirming Wednesday October 12.

It only could be one day, because of the international window.

I'm definitely in, especially after sadly missing what looked like an amazing turnout at last night's game.

The rumor mills churned out the prospect that Adu would be playing in this match. While I didn't think that quite likely, with the US already off to Deutschland, I can almost see that happening. Whether or not Arena will bow to pressures from US Soccer to get him out there (and therefore increase ticket sales and TV viewing) I doubt it, but it could be interesting.

Off to get my Beasley jersey...

Does anyone know of a cheaper way to fly to Boston or airports within an hour drive of Foxboro? These ticket prices from Vegas are killing me. $300-330 roundtrip.

Check Southwest flights into Providence (Foxboro is almost exactly halfway between the 2 cities).

I'd really love to be at this one too, but I don't see how I can swing it.

But I sure as hell am going to try.

Hartford could be a cheaper option. Or, failing that, flying into NYC/Newark and carpooling...

You should try Stewart-Newburgh airport. It's the cheapest Metro NY airport to fly into and Independence Air has cheap tickets via Dulles.

I'm a student in Worcester. Is there a better way to Foxboro than taking the commuter rail into Boston and back out (I don't have a car up here)? By the time the game would end I'd be stuck in Boston for a night.

And as for flights, I know that Providence will probably be cheaper than Boston--but you might have to fly through an extra airport to get there.

Most likely, there'll be no commuter rail from Boston to the game.

My suggestion would be to put up a ride request on the Revs boards here, someone should be able to hook you up.

OK, who do us non-Midnight Riders contact to get tickets in the Fort for this match? No info up yet on either the Sams Army or Midnight Riders site yet.

Ah ... but you are wrong! :D

Actually, the order form just went up at 12:30.

Again, tickets in the Sam's Army/US Supporters section will NOT be available through a regular general public sale. The only way to get tickets in our section is to get them through the Midnight Riders. And you're also getting them $4 below face value! Order form (http://www.midnightriders.com) is here.
