Well, it seems that brownie is the most popular flavor because many times when I'm at the Acme, there's only a few boxes left. Last time I bought the cookie dough and didn't really mind it, so I've been mixing them up lately. I'm down to two bars, so it'll be back to Acme this weekend, where they'll hopefully have some brownie bars. :)
I've never been able to eat meal bars... not satisfying enough for me... I'm done in 3 bites and still hungry... its what happens when you learn to cook at 10. :(

I know what you mean. What I do is force myself to eat them by not packing anything else and not bringing any money to work.
Oh, and Ryan, wherever you are, they're playing "AC/DC Bag" on WMMR in Philly right now! First time ever. It's a VIP Listeners A-Z weekend, in which VIP listeners submitted requests via the web during August, and they're playing them back now. Very fricken cool!

ahh... I may try that one day... I'll still be very hungry though and there's always credit cards... alas, my will power used to be much stronger... I once went a year eating nothing but a carrot and an orange for lunch. Of course, I lost 50lbs that year went from being fat to slim... perhaps I need a return to that diet as I'm becoming chubby.

Hey, I'm back. Nothing substantial to report, other than the fact that friends just had a baby girl, named "Rilee Austin". The dad is such a wrestling geek the middle name is in honor of Stone Cold Steve Austin.
I mean, I can see naming my dog Bergkamp or something, but I'm not naming my kid after a wrestler!

a) I've been out of the office a fair bit lately. With the completion of some big reports and the start of the fiscal year it was high time I went out and reintroduced myself to our member communities. Let me tell you, few things are as embarassing as having a nice conversation with somebody you've known for years, talk some real heady stuff about what you can do to help them... and then close by getting their name wrong.
*sigh*
b) Griffin, GA! "Now 73... er, 2 days blackout free!"
c) Our Dodge is in the shop. Yes, our van, at a meager 3 yo and 35k miles, needs a completely new radio. And the front seal at the base of the windshield is coming off. Oh, and the breaks aren't so hot, either. No wonder I got it so cheap.
d) I like INXS, but really, this TV series must end.
e) It's that time of year in the States, again. Millions of men will begin a period of psuedo-hibernation with their butts glued to the sofa, beer nearby and wings and remotes in hand. It's time for college football and the NFL! (Yes, Steph, GT does have a football team... sort of.)
I have a theory that God wanted men to watch American football, otherwise He'd have made the grass to grow during the winter, too. :D

"You can get anything you want in Alice's Restaurant."
Currently playing on WMMR in Philly. Man, this A-Z VIP Request thing was a great fricken idea.

I guess that is substantially better than Rilee Rock or Rilee Hulk or Rilee Apple , Rilee Coco, or Rilee Bean or any of the other lame names that celebs, etc have been torturing their children with..... :D
I guess that my hubby would not want to name our next child Thierry Fredrik Francesc Dennis Harris...... sadly..... ;)

I've pretty much decided that my future son will be Mike Jr, and my future daughter will be named Elizabeth Bennett, ala "Pride & Prejudice".

i'll be around now.
had a half day to take my producers license test. passed 3 out of 4 sections. i have to retake the property laws and regulations section. not happy about that, but oh well. They give you 180 minutes and I was done with the whole thing in about 60. I think if I went slower I would've got more wrong. I was in a groove

Just that one book. I read it when I was home sick as a kid. My grandmother had all these classics, and in that span I read "Tom Sawyer", "Huckleberry Finn", "Prince & The Pauper", "Pride & Prejudice", "The Adventures Of Robin Hood", "Robinson Crusoe", and a collection of children's versions of Shakespeare's plays.
I just remember being 11 and falling in love with Elizabeth. Ever since, I've had a soft spot for that book, and for the character in particular. My ex and my sister have both read those sequals, but I have no interest.

You know what, my sister wasn't allowed to read Judy Blume. My grandmother got all bent out of shape over "Are You There God?"
