New Honduras jersey?

I love the new Joma Honduras jerseys - white - and picked one up from tododut.com. But now I have people asking what the Mayan glyphs (the Mayan picture writing) printed down the left hand side of the jersey, beneath the federation badge, mean. I cannot find a website to let me know. Any ideas on where to look?

I've been to Copan and am impressed with this way to honor Mayan heritage in Honduras - a little more subtle than the Aztec calendar jerseys Mexico wore in 1998! (though I have one of those, too . .

Those Honduran glyphs are off to the side and very subtle to keep the front of the jersey a single solid color. A nice touch.

many mayan ruins are located in Guatemala and 40% of the people are of mayan descent, but we never used mayan designs on our football jerseys. not that i know of.

That white jersey is much better (in my opinion) than this (thankfully I haven't seen Honduras play in this). They need to go back to the standard VERTICAL blue and white stripes...this wavy horizontal thing just isn't working.
