I have two season tickets and this lets me request two extra tickets per game.
If you want these tickets please tell me about a five weeks in advance and I will almost certainly be able to get you one or both of the tickets. I will also be happy to show anyone whos not from the area around.

Getting to Newcastle
The easiest way to get to Newcastle is either by air or train.
TRAIN
Newcastle's Central station is on the Eastcoast mainline and has several highspeed(apparantly)trains a day going from London Kings Cross.

It is best to book these tickets well in advance since they are very very expensive.
I would only recommend this if you are staying in London because it would be cheaper to just get a connecting flight from Heathrow or Paris or Amsterdam to Newcastle airport.
AIR
Newcastle Airport is a international/regional airport. There is one direct flight to Newcastle for the USA which goes from New York. I have heard that these are very cheap but haven't been able to find any price lists myself.
The best option is to fly to a city like Berlin, Paris or London and get a flight from their to Newcastle

The Copthorne is the best and most expensive hotel in Newcastle, but they sacked me when I work there so they can go to hell in my opinion

The Thistle Hotel is located on Jesmond road is just 10minutes from the City centre. Never known anyone stay there but who knows it could be nice. It's very close to Osborne Road, the place to drink if you have your head up your arse.

The Hilton Newcastle is actually in Gatesheed just across the Tyne Bridge, it's name shows that Gateshead isn't "happening" it's a shít hole. If you do stay here run as fast as you can across the bridge to normality. Never been in but it's brand spanking new so who knows? Alright position.

Night Time Fun!
Newcaslte is known as one of the best "party" cities in the world. It is but it can also be hell on earth. If there is one important thing to know about Newcastle nightlife it's this. Stay Away From The Quayside!!!!! It's full of hen and stag parties and just generally a crap place at night time.
If you read on you will be able to have one of the best nights out in your life and for all you under 21 Americans, pssst it's all totally legal...sort of ;)

Club Nights
In my personal and professional opinion Thursday is by far the best night in Newcastle, but for some reason they have 2 amazing nights all at the same time :confused:
WorldHeadquaters (http://www.theworldheadquarters.com/index2.htm) also has nights on Thrusdays but it also has it's nights spread out.
Stonelove (http://www.stonelove.com/) at Digital near the Centre for Life and Central Station. This was THE BEST night in Newcastle until it moved to Digital last month. It's a rock and roll night, it's both old and new music and just has an amazing atmosphere. It has a warm-up at The Other Rooms which is nextdoor to Digital
Feedback (http://www.foundation-club.com/) at Foundation on Melbourne St. I'll show you where it is.
This is a new night at Foundation that started after Stonelove moved to Digital. It has a newer feel and is less serious feel about it. Plus you don't get those wánkers in suit jackets and trainers anymore. It plays basically new stuff and if you like The Killers, Libertines, Maximo Park and Razorlight. This is the night for you.
Fridays at the Northumbria Student Union is BulletProof. It describes itself as Guitar based Indie twang/Sidewalk Funk. Lots of Students and lots of fun.

If for some reason you like R 'n' B and hip-hop then this is the place to go. I've only been a few times and spent all of it in the VIP room getting felt up. But who knows you might like it, just don't expect me to go.

Newcastle has quality bars coming out of it ears.

Stereo:Feedback warm-up venue, excellent drinks and music. Located just off the Quayside
Tokyo:Very expensive and very nice. No trainers or jeans here. Dress smart and have a blinding night. Food also served. Located just near the Central Station opposite Revolution.
Head of Steam:Live bands on Thursday night. Amazing imported and obscure Lagers, Pilsners and Bitters. Located directly opposite the Central Station
Revolution:If you like shots and vodka get yourself here. Amazing celing as well. Also does food during the day.
Popolo:The best Cocktail bar outside of London and Manchester. Has come cocktails that will not be found anywhere else on Earth. Ask for a Cocaine Martini. Located on Pilgrim Street
Secco:The is the best kept secret in Newcastle, it used to be members only but they got rid of it but now hardly anyone goes in. Quality beers but expensive. It's aslo probably the best Italian resturant in the city. Book for meals.

Lots of great pubs aswell. Really too many to list so I'll only put my top 7.
1.The Strawberry (http://www.thestrawberrypub.co.uk/) is a legendary pub. It is a shrine for Newcastle United and you MUST go here. I'll hear nothing else.
2.The Crown Posada. Nearly as much, if not more, of a legend than the Straw. It has not been re-decerated since 1903, it has no music, tv or bandits. It's an old style 'long bar' which means its only about 7ft wide and about 30ft long. It's hard to find which makes the excellent pint you will recieve inside.
3.The Hotspur. Located just opposite the Haymarket bus station it's alot like The Crown Posada but it's been updated. Very away fan friendly.
4.The Cluny. Located in the Ouseburn. Brilliant live music and even better beer. It's out of the way and you get to mix it with the locals. Terrific stuff.
5.The Free Trade Inn. Located at the bottom of the Ouseburn next to the Tyne. Amazing jukebox and the best local beer in the town.
6.The Tyne (http://www.thetyne.com/). This pub is operated by the same people who used to run the Egypt Cottage and Barley Mow. Both of which are now gone. The spirit of both of these pubs now lives on in this Pub
7.The Trent House (http://www.trenthouse.com/index2.htm) The über-cool pub that is the Trent House. If your under 25 this is the pub to go to. It's the pub arm of World Headquaters.
