I can't decide who to start on defense (as a wingback):
David Barrero
TSI = 950 , 28 years, solid form
Has inadequate experience and poor leadership abilities [Head]
Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: poor Passing: wretched
Winger: inadequate Defending: passable
Scoring: passable Set Pieces: passable
OR
Vlad Kaplan
TSI = 420 , 28 years, solid form
Has weak experience and weak leadership abilities [Powerful]
Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: poor Passing: inadequate
Winger: wretched Defending: passable
Scoring: poor Set Pieces: formidable
I am running AIM, which I believe is affected by passing. So Kaplan would help with that a lot more than Barrero. However, according to HT Ratings Calc and the fact that it's a wingback position, Barrero appears to be a better player on defense...
Neither would be used as my set piece taker either, because I have a divine set piece guy who plays striker, so don't factor that in (unless set pieces matter in the game as well for players who aren't listed as the set piece guy).
I am home and here is "Michigan's Weather" as of 22:40 HT Time:
Weather: Partially Cloudy
Forecast for tomorrow: Sunny
I dunno if that has any impact on "Head" or "Powerful", but just throwing that out there. This is a MUST WIN game so I need every little advantage I can get. In case it helps, my other two defenders are:
David Vingård
TSI = 870 , 29 years, solid form
Has inadequate experience and inadequate leadership abilities [Quick]
Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: poor Passing: inadequate
Winger: poor Defending: solid
Scoring: poor Set Pieces: disastrous
And
Veikko Nook
TSI = 990 , 26 years, solid form
Has poor experience and weak leadership abilities
Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: poor Passing: inadequate
Winger: wretched Defending: solid
Scoring: weak Set Pieces: solid
Sorry for last minute, but I just remembered Barrero sucks at passing and my offense is pretty terrible, so if I can do anything to improve it, even if it means taking a little away from my defense, maybe it'll be worth it... but maybe not? That's why I'm asking.
