i recently bout balck and white f50+ sg .after just 2 training sessions and 1 match i was missing a stud in each of the inside rear. i have had metal x-trx for the whole of last season and didn't have a problem with them. Is this a manufacturing error or something i donn't know about the adidas sg that has changed since last season. i can assure you i checked if studs was intact before using. anybody else had similar probelms?

This comes up fairly regularly on forums and it's usually because people don't check the studs are fully pushed in when they use them for the first time.

The same exact thing happened to me with my cyber and gold f50+
wore them one match and was missing a stud

Is there any way to make sure they are 'properly in' before a match? I lost a front stud in my first game in my Pulses but luckily my dad got some replacements (the replacements were too small - the back replacement studs were only as big as the normal front studs!).

Just make sure there's nothing underneath them stopping them being in place (like mud) and push them in as hard as you can (or get your dad to do it).

I notice you're in Australia - are the pitches hard? The pitches might be too hard for SG boots.

ya.. hes right... if yhe pitch is too hard... it will wear the studs and you will most likely lose a few...
it happened to me

The pitches aren't too bad actually. To be honest I have never been overseas so I have nothing to compare it to, but I've worn the SG studs a few times and haven't had any troubles with stud pressure, etc. I live in Western Australia and the pitches are apparantly harder here than over in the Eastern States but I just got picked for the state team and the coach said we needed SG boots for when we go over there for the national championships. Most of the time I use my FG boots though.
