I know they werent regular starters or getting much playing time but they seemed like good valuable bench guys to have. I know ganu was saying how good Cana is but if he was really that great why did they send him to their biggest rival

Completely pissed off at Cana's attitude.

That twat can rot on Marseille bench like Fiorese for all I care.

See you in the CL next season, whilst you are looking down at the barrell of the gun of Ligue 2.

Ljubo I can sympathise with. But Lorik is complete mecenary twat. He will now get appaling abuse at the Parc when he arrives in the shirt of the scum. I have no sympathy for him.

The PSG fans are going ape sh!t. Rightly so. That ********er can burn, burn in Ligue 2 and move again for the money when it suits him.

Shame, because every so called 'player' who has moved to Marseille from Paris has done sh!t. I expect no different. One bad game and they will hound him like dogs.

And he deserves it. Good fvkcing riddance. I don't want him at my club.

And this is why Ljubo is a fans favourite and shall remain thus.

I can sympathise and we all can.

I wish him the best of luck in what he does. You are always welcome bakc any day at the Parc, Danijel. Be it as a fan, or an opposing player. Bonne chance pour ton avenir.

Cana, can die a thousand deaths oth.

Cana was sold, he would not have left had moutier wanted to keep him.

Personally, I think this is a grave mistake on PSG's behalf. Mark my words: OM will finish in front of PSG. We beat the three weakest teams in the league, but we're far from championship caliber.

Moutier and Blayau can leave, the door's open as far as I'm concerned.

And Marseille oth, will not?

Give me a ********ing break...

Don't start blabbering over soemthing you know little about. Cana was hardly rotting on the bench. We can all understand why Ljubo left, but Cana is a moron - plain and simple.

The guy can piss off. I don't want players with that type of attitude at my club. Marseille can have him. I hope he whines for a new contract over there too.

....he played two games this season as a substitute...the openning game of the season and against Troyes....so that constitutes him as a ********ing bench player....and again choosing between that and playing for OM in the first team probably for a lot more money too he would actually be a moron not to accept it....as if he was leaving a big ********ing club anyways....PSG is hardly a french great....and not to even compare it to the other european great clubs....

Dude...stop embarrasing yourself. I mean, your username means you are itching for a fight, but instead, you remind me of the yob so ********ing drunk he THINKS he's in a fight, but, really, all he's doing is flailing around in the street while his betters mock and laugh at him.

You're a jester, in the truest sense. You operate for our amusement. Solely.

So stop embarrasing yourself.

Two games....

*dun-dun-dunnnnnn*

Big ********ing wow. I can imagine if he wasn't even in the first team for a large chunk of the season like Ljubo...

But the guy thinks he's bigger than the club, bigger to be on the bench and bigger to be a 'just' squad player at one of the biggest clubs in France.

Every player has been on the bench, even Pauleta. Lolo, has switched the team about numerous times, and everyone has to fight for their place in the setup. No-one. And I mean no-one is guarenteed of a first team spot.

Cana's attitude stinks of a ********ing overpaid primadonna who demands first team football, because it suits him and not the team.

I want a team of fighters, not moaners who bitch when they play on the bench for the opening two games of the season. Good fvkcing riddance.

Please, its not like Marseille has a small squad and can't afford to drop him and bench him as well. So what then? So what happens if he does do a Fiorese, which I expect will happen. If he plays crap, the ultras will get on his back for being an ex-Parisian. And then it will escalate and spiral away...

And then he can move to Lyon or Nantes, or god forbid wind up as another used condom wrapper floating in a Ligue 2 pond like so many players who have moved because they feel they are something special.

Cana's good, but not Ronny, Djorkaeff or Weah good...

And at least the other three didn't slag our club off when they left either...

But yeah keep on living the dream that Marseille are a big club. They have won ******** all in over 10 years.

Big club indeed.

Man I love being on this French part of Bigsoccer and it's actually one of the only places at BigSoccer forums I visit, but I always get punished by not being able to speak French due to people either in middle of thread speaking it or givin links in en francais :(

But really I'm one of the biggest Ligue 1 fans I know. I know pretty much all there is to know about those players in each club and follow it religiously as it's my fav league with EPL. And even though I watch all top 5-6 leagues regularly, Ligue 1 remains my fav and it's sad to see how much under-rated it is by those in England or other places who don't really know much about it and think France has a micky mouse league and sometimes even compare it to SPL and Eredivisie  and it pisses me off so much

Anyways what I'm saying is I enjoy my stay here as it enables me to talk to other Ligue 1 fanatics but hope in future we think of more ways for those non-French speakers like me so we dont get punished as much as we do ;)

take care guys.

I respect Moutier's desicion in this case. I feel alot of it was in-house and down to Cana's bitchings. I think it's better to give some kids a shot, than accomadate this guy whilst disrupting the harmony of the dressing room imo.

His presence was not needed... Both financially and as a team.

We can only the bottom teams?

Well Marseille can't...

Although Giminez should do well. That guy was solid at Basel.

There are not enough decent Ligue 1 links in English. PSG included.

If I could find a transcript of the interview I would post it. But I can't... :(

Hope this helps anyway...

PSG.fr -. Danijel, tu souhaites donc dire un petit mot aux supporters parisiens !
Danijel Ljuboja : « Oui effectivement !

Danijel, you wish to say a few words to the PSG supporters.

Yes, of course. First of all, this transfer is a good thing for me. I am happy to find a prestigious club where I will be able to play more games, but it's equally sad that I leave PSG and their supporters. I believe they have always supported and appreciated me. I will never forget them. Our roads therefore are to separate here, but Paris and their supporters will stay in my heart.

Which memory will stay in your mind during your time at Paris?

It's not a memory in particular, but rather a season: the first one! The second was more difficult with reasons that everyone knows. I acknowledge everything PSG has done, because they have given me the chance to join one of the best clubs in Germany. It's a loan deal with an option to buy, we will see what will happen next season. While I'm here, I want to thank the club and its fans for these past two seasons.

I beg to differ. If it wasn't playing time, it was money.

Two games and he knows best. Please. He wanted a move. Why not wait till January? Maybe then he will have a more accurate assumption over his place in this team. He was a squad player. If that's not good enough he can leave.

What you mean the one Tapie bought for them?

Hmmmm. When was the last time Marseille won something?

Go on. When?

And erm...no they didn't win the UEFA cup a few years ago. They got to the final and lost. Woop-dee-doo. Still won nothing for over a decade.

Of course they are a big club...
