I will think of this show as a filler until the new Curb season! I thought we were cou-de-la? :D

Speaking of which, when does Curb start?

Mornin all!

We taped the Entourage episode last night and went back to watch it, but the show must have been delayed a bit because the recording ended a few minutes early! :( Have to wait till tonight to get the ending. There's only on more episode thise season, right?

Ari was just getting dropped off at home by Lloyd. I figured it was close to the end, and also missed the 'scenes from next week'.

great! that was about it actually. the part that had me rolling was when the 2 of them were rolling in lloyd's tricked out riceburner. and when he tried to take ari's arm in their jerry maguire walk.

Slow day today. I believe it is a bank holiday across the pond.

Anyway, slow here too, no working email, server is bogged down. Should have stayed home!!! :D

Did have some good Vietnamese food for lunch though.

they are kick ass. "Darts" is a great cd. I was buying my ticket last night for their Bowery Ballroom show 9/8. if they are in Philly or near you, I highly suggest going to the show.
Hey GP, are you gonna go to that Seu Jorge show at the Bowery? I wish he was playing out here, every chick i know loves that Life Aquatic soundtrack. I checked it out and those dates at the Bowery are the only US shows he's playing. :(

So did you watch Rome? I checked it out and thought it was ok but not great. I've heard it get better in a couple of weeks when they keep the action in the city. I still doubt it'll come close to "I, Claudius" though.
i watched about 5 minutes and will catch the rest on ondemand tonight or tomorrow night. i thought it started pretty good witht he battle scene and the surrender of Vercingetorix. I saw "I, Claudius" for my Latin class in high school. don't think anything will touch that, ever

Guess what everybody, I've got good news.

I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to GEICO.

Seriously. Like less than half what I was paying with Progressive for same exact coverage. It feels pretty fricken' good actually.

LOL! I know, but it was amazing - less than half! I couldn't believe it. More money for the London trip baby!

We used to have Geico, but when we bought our house, we got a home owners and car insurance package with some big discounts. We pay less for home and car now than we did for car only with GEICO. Crazy but good!

I'm not sure yet...CMJ is the 13-17th in the city. It is so hard to pick the shows I want to see - so many good bands. I remember you mentioning him before....he's playing 2 nights iirc....

nice job on the auto insurance

Geico actually has a better AM Best rating then Progressive. well they did in 2002, which is the book I just checked!!

and you probably aren't getting the exact same coverage for half the price, but then again it could be. I know some companies don't do the best job explaining things, which I saw first hand at my old job. A Nationwide customer would get a car stereo stolen and the replacement would be a base model/base brand cd player without a receipt. They would get pissed off, but they paid a lot less then someone from say State Farm who pretty much replaced the cd player with like, kind, and quality even without a receipt, unless something was pretty suspicious.

Yeah, 2 shows, 1 of them all ages. I remember one was on Sept. 11, don't remember if the other was before then or after, but i want to say before. I'd go to the 21 and up show, Brazilian chicks and beer are an unbeatable combination.

Edit: What is CMJ, some kind of country music thing? :D
