Fifa has just realised more team tickets!

I just purchased USA team specific tickets for the first 3 games, price level 1.

I knew this would happen. Every tournament additional tickets are put up for sale. These tickets will sell out and then later on more tickets will be released. This scenario of additional tickets being released for sale will probably repeat itself 3 or 4 more times.

Does this occur because teams gradually get eliminated during qualification? Thus eliminating the ticket orders that their fans have?

I believe it is because teams are eliminated which frees up more tickets and the fact that fans who purchased tickets in the earlier sales phase did not pay for them. As a result more tickets are available.

there is one more major release of tickets in december after they draw the teams locations

I believe they forfeited them as a result of not paying for them.

Amazing isn't it. Fans that were lucky enough to be allocated tickets then don't pay for them. FIFA's web site notes that over they did not receive payment for over 40,000 previously allocated tickets.

I had payment problems in the first round, but ended up getting croatia tst 6 cat 3. I emailed them about giving me what i originally wanted, tst 7, but they said they could not do that? My mates who wanted tickets, ended up gettting what i wanted, Croatia tst 7 cat 3 on the fifa site yesterday. LOL You just gotta laugh! :rolleyes:

For those of us who were lucky/fortunate enough to obtain tickets in the 1st sales phase,you CANNOT apply for TST ducats in this phase no matter if they're available or not......
"You cannot obtain both single tickets and TSTs." per FIFA.
Just a heads up. FIFA says the will cancel your previous allocation.
Happy for you guys that got USA and Italy TSTs today.
I'm waiting on the USSF for info shortly after we qualify on Sep. 3.

im going to wait for the last round of sales, hopefully ill be able to pick up some tickets for poland....

i need to see what group poland ends up in, thats if they qualify...

cause if i coudl go to poland and france that would be awesome.

i purchased a TST-7 for columbia. Am i garaunteed a ticket to the final match in Berlin if columbia quailifies for the WC, but still loses in the group stages of the WC?

Yes. There are no refunds this time if your team gets knocked out in the group stages. If your team gets knocked out your ticket will transfer to the winner of your group. If the winner of the group stage gets knocked out in the round of 16 you follow the team that knocked out the group winner, etc etc until you get to the final.

great, thanks. im so surprised that there were so many TST-7 tickets still available on the fifa sight this last week, since buying one of these for any team that will most likely qualify will gaurantee you a trip to the final game. i would of thought they would have been swept up in hours after being re-released. i dont care much for colombia, but i now get to watch the final game, whom ever plays.

In looking at FIFA's chart, it appears that no new US TSTs are available . . . is that (still) the case, or are the earlier posts in this thread suggesting that there are now TSTs available for the US???

In other words, it doesn't look like it's changed for those wanting US TSTs (?) . . .

There were more tickets. Just like there were more Italy tickets. I check the site every morning just in case cause I missed out in the first round and it just so happened that there were more tickets that day. I have no idea why but I'm pretty happy/lucky.

Like many teams the USA team specific tickets had previously been listed as sold out. I was not allocated tickets in the first round of sales.

I have checked the WC tickets web site at least once a day, every day for several months because I suspected that more tickets would eventually become available without notice. I actually thought the additional tickets would go on sale after the September games were completed.

I just happened to check the web site at approximately 11:00 AM Eastern Time USA and saw more tickets were available. I was lucky enough to purchase a TST 3 category 1 for the USA.

I must have accessed the web site right after the additional tickets went up for sale. Every team had some tickets for sale with the exception of Germany, England and Brazil. Even Japan, Argentina and The Netherlands had tickets. I did notice that by the time I processed my ticket application that The Netherlands had sold out. No doubt lucky fans brought those tickets as quickly as they could type in the information.

Lets hope for the fans sake The Netherlands qualifies for the finals.

By the way to answer your question there are no TS tickets for the USA currently available.

My advice to you is to keep checking every day, especially in the days immediately following the September and October qualifying matches. Once teams are mathmatically eliminated from finals qualifying this may free up additional tickets. I am not guaranteeing anything this is just a hunch on my part.

Their were Brazil tst tickets available at the start!

I saw tst's fot the semi's,group and round of 16!
