Who scored more chilenas than Hugo??
Watched a bio and seemed like this was as natural to him as any weapon in his arsenal.
Yes, no? Or am I just imagining this?

Hugo came from family full of athletes. That Sanchez Marquez family can say they had 3 olympians in the family.
One of Hugo's sisters practiced gymnastics and Hugo learned alot from his sister. That is one of the reasons he was so agile and mobile.
I dont know who has scored more scissor/bicycle kicks than him, but what made Hugo synomous with goals scoring was that Hugo was able to attempt those type of shots from any distance and any angle. He didnt make all of them, but boy where they spectacular to watch.
In my opinion, there are 3 that standount in his Madrid days... there is of course the one he scored against Logrones. There is also an attempt (he didnt score because the keeper made a hell of a save) against PSV Eindhoven. And there is this one where Hugo is running toward the penalty box near the left side... his teammate passed the ball hoping to get a throughball up in the air so that Hugo could out run the defender... Hugo without thinking twice attempts a bicycle kick. THe manner in which he timed the pass in the air was just amazing because the ball was still behind him in the air. That was my favorite bicycle kick from him.
Now, in Mexico.. he scored I believe a total of 5 bicycle/scissor kick goals in Mexico.
What people dont give credit was Hugo's heading ability. He could score with his head from just about any distance. There are 2 headers that stand out in my mind... there was this on in madrid where he just comes charging the keeper box at full speed and jump... he headed the ball with this power... that made it look awsome. The other was in the final against Cruz Azul. Such power and precision.

I only saw the one he scored against R. Madrid and one he scored on a PK, but I heard that he also scored a beautiful one against Athletic Bilbao I believe.
The only thing that sucks about this coleccion privada thing is that I really need to get DSL to really enjoy it, Dialup sucks a$$
