question about vapors

i have been reading about the vapors on the board and i had one question. I use to have the orignial silver/red vapors and i was a size 9. They fit me perfectly and i could not wear an 8.5 because it was a little tight. Some people mentioned that the vapor II's were longer and wider than the first ones that came out. i was reading one of matthewfoo's post and he mentioned that he went down half a size from the original. What would you guys suggest? I am intersted in getting another pair of sg or maybe fg.

i would suggest going to a local shop and trying them on before you order them. you want them a little snug. the vapor 2, unlike the vapor 1, does stretch some and mold to the foot. key word some. and hey if you order them online and you do get the size wrong, you can return them for a different size.

i dont see how they would stretch more if they are made out of the same material as the first ones.

the vapor 1 in the store was very hard, like hard thick plastic, and the vapor 2 was like soft thicker somewhat stretchy plastic. but seeing as how nike never returns my emails, i suppose we can't email them to ask.
