I currently have 3. I was wondering If I should fire them for the offseason or not?

Less chance of injury during the offseason with only 1 game, but you prob will be playing your top trainees/players. You could, but wouldn't seem worth the savings IMO, especially as you'll probably just want to hire them back a couple weeks later.

I guess you are right but I was looking for ways to save money.

I would get rid of your psycologists for a few weeks

How much effect do physios have? I've had a whole bunch of injuries recently, and had 2 physios for most of the season (just hired a 3rd one a week ago) and a training intensity of 100%. Will this get significantly better with more physios, or is it mostly a matter of luck? How many injuries do those guys with 10 physios have?

I've had 10 physio's for this entire season, and so far only one signifigant injury has occurred..+6 weeks on a winger a few weeks back. Other than that just a couple minor "bruised but training" instances.
I'm not sure if the return on 15k a week is worth the investment, but there's no way to know unless you averaged out all the other teams that didn't invest. IMO, my young guys are being trained and having them miss training means i either have to train another player or go out and buy one, and there's costs in both of those situations too. Most of my non training positions (def and forwards) have guys that are 25+ for the most part, and heal slower, so I can worry less about having to replace them too.
Like spokespersons, I cant imagine ever having less than the max of 10. Unless you're new and just trying to get on your feet and winning isn't the most imporant thing or you really are up against it financially it might be a good idea to cut back though.

I had a not so good season w/ injuries last year and have kept 6-7 physios all season long... I've only had 1 injury that caused a player to miss a game (it turned out to be 3 games) all season long.

Thanks guys. I guess I will go up a bit more (4-5) next season then even though it's expensive, because injuries to trainees are costly as well.

Since week three I have had 3 and have had no injuries until a bruised but training in my last friendly. Also however, I am only at 98% training. I have seen no effect whatsoever in training time but my injuries have decreased significantly.
I would lower your training intensity to at least 99 or 98%

Last season (my 1st on HT) I carried 2 physio's and only had 1 particular player who got injured for at least a +2 twice last season. One other +1 and a couple of bruises.
This season I up it to 4 physio's before the season starts and right out of the box I got a +6 and a +2. Then another +3 a week later. Since then I have had a couple of bruises and a +1.
Intensity has been at 100% since I started HT.
Injuries are part luck, part player coding (IMHO), and part physios. I think the player's codiing plays a part with injuries as the one player that I had in the first season who was injured twice for me, has been injured another 2 times this season after I sold him off.
