I'm a moderator at a different football forum, and like here, there seems to be a nice little community of people. I'm not sure if you've had people come in to try and 'poach' your members, but its happened several times over at ours, with people spamming the boards with the link to their forum, saying this that and the other is better, and its very frustrating.
More members and more activity = a better forum, which is why I propose members from here come and register at our site, see what they think, and give a different slant on an already well formed community. And in return, members from our board come over here to do the same.
