I've been at excellent for about 6 weeks and most of my other pulls were pure crap; I actually did quite a bit of complaining around here for a while. Of course, it's all luck but yes, you once you are excellent you can get excellent.

I've been at excellent for a season and a half and i've never pulled an excellent anything, much less a 17yo.. that's just not fair.

i pulled my first 17yo in a long long long long while... and he's actually decent...

Don't feel too bad, my youth squad has been excellent for well over a year, probably closing in on 2 years, and I've only had 1 excellent.

Level of YS only affects chance of getting a YP of a certain level. You can get an "excellent" player and still have weak (whatever) YS.
