But no Toulalan, Muller, Berthod, and Ben Arfa. :(

I wish we could all be one big happy family.

Since tomorrow is a "party," do the players who were left off the squad list still get to have fun with everyone else tomorrow on the pitch?

Houllier said he would align a 4-4-2 before the end of the season, but how many promises weren't held by Lyon this season ?

they've already won the league, he's got nothing to lose...

that would be great!!!
i've read that baros was suspended for thre matches cause he has 5 red cards, and i hope that when he gets back after those matches Houllier decide to give him a chance to be in the starting eleven:)

Fred and Baros don't seem to get along well with each other. They should not be on the field at the same time.

He twisted his ankle, but there was no fracture or anything. But I doubt he'll be back on the pitch before the end of the season.

It could have been 5-0 or 6-0.

Govou and Juninho both had nice goals. Govou's was a nice karate/scissor kick that blasted by Itandje.

Juninho's was perfectly placed and just effortless.

a nice touch that juni let alou do the PK... the whole team and staff were really having a ball, and showed the kind of esprit de corps that had been our trademark for so long.

i may be dreaming, but there have been statements from flo and diarra that suggest they may be thinking, "dang it all, will i really have this kind of fun at chelski or juventus?"

Malouda's been overemotional the past few weeks and keeps changing his mind. He was depressed during Lyon's run of scoreless games and said he wanted to leave, cheered up over the celebrations during Le Mans and said that he was happy to stay, but after the draw at PSG said he has offers he can't refuse.

He's too hormonal at the moment, so people can't take anything he says seriously right now.

Good win from the club. Regardless of what Malouda is saying at the momment im almost 100% sure that he's leaving the club come summer. I've already moved on lol, i will look forward to seeing him shine in bleu of course.

too early for a dedicated thread, but this is interesting:

http://news.maxifoot.com/info-064224_70524/football-180003435345768a1.php

says that the next trophée des champions may (or may not) be played in... CHINA!

why? because at the scheduled period sochaux will be in china, and OL will be in South Korea... which probably means Peace Cup. OL is starting to make it a club tradition, and since they aren't able yet to do their site in chinese or korean, this would be a very good thing.

just a melancholy note... watching an often inept milan beat a terminally uninspired liverpool last night made me sick at heart. OL on just a reasonably good night could have given either of those teams an historic shellacking... :(
