Nothing to be alarmed about. The club is just using a practical way to take care of business.

Bayern does not take out a loan! The Stadium Ltd. in which Bayern and 1860 are acting partner, will take out a loan and then pay back the loan (about 40 Mio Euro) that the FC Bayern gave to the Stadium Ltd. for the financing of the stadium. The Stadium Ltd. is just replacing one liability with another (cheaper) liability and the FCB is getting back its money for its outstanding debits from the Stadium Ltd.

The Kicker report is nonserious in this point and unfortunately this linked report refers on the Kicker report which caused some commotion in the yellow press in Germany. But the linked news is by far not that inaccurate than the original Kicker report

What it all amounts to is that this means nothing?? That's what I'm thinking.

Well, this is surely a positive thing when the deal is done in the end. It could become a problem if the Stadium Ltd. is not able to compound. But this won't happen in my opinion the stadium will be sold out for a long time (when FCB is playing) and even 1860 had 51.200 spectators at their first home game last week which is rather much for a second league game.

For the FC Bayern it means only a Uli can stock up his time deposite in the bank and probably there's a bigger transfer budget next year. The club is financially as healthy as ever before, as well by the new stadium and all the posibilities that come along.

It will be no problem in my opinion either.

Franz, K-H and Uli aren't a thousandth as stupid as Dortmund's ex managment team of Niebaum, Meier and Zorc!
