upper body over the ball, keep your foot locked.

as for dribbling that you just have to practice like hell. indoor soccer or futsal helps you train your ball control, so you always have the ball within your reach even when you're running fast. I don't know what else to tell you.

what do you mean by locked foot?

point your foot towards the ground so it is like 90º or so (you will have to find your spot). as you kick through the ball, dont let that angle change. keeping your foot in the same position is what "locked" is.

does your foot get loose when you're kicking a ball? if so, you'll have little control over where the ball goes, not to mention the loss of power.

say you're hitting a ball with a baseball bat. do you want a rubber bat that'll wobble around when you hit a ball, or a hard wooden bat? same thing with your foot.

i guess it'd be more appropriate to say to keep your ankle locked.
