Pre-season practice for high school started yesterday. I spent the whole off-season playing in indoor leagues(in the winter), playing pick up games and running(in the summer). The first day wasnt that bad but i realized that i'm still not as fit as i want 2 be. I'm thinking that i should go out and do some more running(long distance and sprints on my own). I'm just worried that i will overtrain and get burned out. Should i do the extra training or not?
