actually KitBag.com. I have ran into nothing but problems with them. I ordered 8 shirts on 05 August and am pulling teeth to even have them respond to my emails and/ or phone calls. They said it was a credit card problem, but on the night of the order, I called my bank and apporved the transaction. Five days later, they said ring them. One hour on my phone to England and the matter is still "in Process". I would like my new shirt NOW

I'm waiting for the US shipment to be available. I refuse to pay 30 dollars for shipping. My 02-03 Fly Emirates kit will serve me just fine until it's available.

I told you all. Kitbag (Megastore) sucks ass. They do nothing right. Never had a good experience with them (2 seperate times). Like I said before, www. the onion bag .com should have them soon. They US shipment is waiting in port in NJ to clear duties and customs (some disagreement with China/US). Soon as I know when they'll be in, I'll let everyone know.

Also remember that the onion bag has $5 shipping AND is the ONLY store in the US that uses the real felt lettering and not the corny screened on stuff (that I know the Megastore at the Bridge uses and I believe Kitbag also).

Once again, Kitbag totally f'ed me with the new shirt order. I had to send the entire order back to Ilkeston.

I've had nothing but positive results from ordering from KitBag. I recently ordered a Rooney home jersey and a 'Glory, Glory' flag that came with a free duffel bag and got all of them within a few days. Maybe they just like screwing with Chelski supporters heads.

Yeah maybe. How'd you like paying approx $25 for shipping?

Much appreciated if you do this, I've been checking every few days.

I ordered soem Arsenal gear from there a few years back with no problems. I wonder if the company is UK based and has problems fullfilling international orders?

I can't imagine why anybody would use kitbag when Subside kicks it's ass in every way.

On behalf of Ruud Van Nistelrooy, I'd like to say that he finds that deeply offensive to himself and donkey's everywhere.

One more complaint. They mixed up my latest order by personalizing the wrong size shirts. A phone call is once again in order. My lesson has finally been learned.

Good luck with calling, I can NEVER get through. I learned my lesson as well. I sent emails to the club informing them of the utter incompetence of Kitbag. I ordered a pair of the new shorts, size XL. I got a size L. I returned them with shipping out of my own pocket and now Kitbag won't even reimburse me for the shipping of the wrong shorts to begin with!! Then again, I haven't spoken to anyone since they never answer emails or the phone.

this place is in Alabama and ships overnight, IF you don't want it customized.

Otherwise I'd go with OB or subside.

That's cause you're a putz and didn't ask anyone over here to buy them for you.

I usually do but sometimes I hate bothering people. Especially Russian lawyers who live in London who I've only met once when I gave him a ticket to the Chelsea game through the gates at Giants Stadium! Next time though, I'll PM you!

I have ordered countless things from the megastore (kitbag) and have never ever had a problem. I even got hooked up with the deal at the end of last year that i gave me a kit for 25 bucks with free shipping and i still got that in less than 5 days in Oregon. So you get no complaints from me at all.

I'm with eddieba-- I have friends who've offered countless times but dont want to bother them either. But, like I said, never again will I use the 'Bag.
