Yes, your dominance in the dark ages of the 1900s and 1910s was very impressive.
How about a national championship count? Oh, and lets not count any of those ********y "split" championships you try to pass off as real ones.

The only "split" championship I recall is when the coaches decided to give Tom Osborne an early retirement present in 1998 (which, I might add, was crap)...

Nebraska would have run all over your slow asses! And don't try to act like they wouldn't.

I don't even like the Big Red!

Oh please! I've got him as maybe the eighth best running back of the era, and that's not including guys like Ricky Williams, Jamal Lewis or LaDainian Tomlinson who might be better than him some day. Here's the seven guys I have ahead of George, in no particular order:

- Emmitt Smith
- Thurman Thomas
- Jerome Bettis
- Marshall Faulk
- Curtis Martin
- Barry Sanders
- Terrell Davis

Out of those, I'll give you that Davis is borderline, due to both the short career and the Broncos system, and I don't have him in the Hall of Fame, but George isn't a Hall of Famer in my book either.
