nein, ich bin amerikaner aber ich habe familie in deutschland. Die besten tipps die ich dir geben kann sind das du immer ruhig spielen sollst. Sein nicht zu nervous.

Keep your body sideways, and make them move where you want them to by moving your body one way then quickly changing it.

Try to push attackers to the sidelines. Don't leave anyone unmarked. Don't foul if your the last man.

I always learned to "follow their ass" look at their hips and if they turn sideways, be on their butt side.... and stay low... and everything else the people up /\ there said.
