I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you over the loud purr of my air condition.....How strange that artifical air conditioning was invented in the north!! Sure changed the dynamics of the country, didn't it?!!

This might sound random: but any suggested English/London beers? Nothing tooo obscure as I probably wouldn't be able to find 'em stateside. Londoners have any mixed drink specialties?
My girlfriend is moving to London for 9-months....party this weekend...

You should go here... http://www.pitfieldbeershop.co.uk/.
As for English beers in pubs you'll find pretty much everything you'll find at the good ol' George & Dragon (http://www.georgeanddragonpub.com/) here in sunny Seattle. But usually with a few more varieties of the same brands..
If you've never had it before try Hoegaarden, it's made with orange and coriander and is oh so tasty. It's the original Belgian Witbier. There's a few places around Seattle that are starting to carry it now, but it's alot easier to find on tap in London.
beerintheevening.com (http://www.beerintheevening.com/) is a good place to go for pub reviews.

I've dragged her to George & Dragon too many times....so these beers will be consumed at home.
There's a beer superstore on the Eastside that I need to check out.

That is soooo weird. LOL
I mean that's the one out of that group (Bud, Miller, Coors, Michelob, etc) that I would choose, though. It could be worse. They could be drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon. :)

You must have an ESB from Fuller Smith and Turner. It is in fact both English and from London. One of the finest beers made IMO.
