he also says that Ronaldos close to signing next week.. its getting abit boring hearing that now.. remember when he said he'd sign tommorow in a Portuguese paper? and Ronaldo himself saying he'd sign next week a week ago? :mad:

Hmm...i think its a new four-year deal, but a two-year extension. ie. he has two-years remaining on his current contract.

Both articles agree that Scholes' contract now ends in 2009.
