Clearly we do not to buy anyone an compete with Chelsea, but realistically who can?

We blew the bank on Rooney, and he was worth every cent.
Now we have an owner who has taken the club from the black to the red, with debt accumulating every day.
So we are selling off fringe players to raise some cash to possible make one big buy.

We'll see.
