I need to Know the rules for attackers @ goalie area. Can or cant they enter the goalie box at time for the shot?

No rules for this. They can go in any time they want. The only thing the goal area does is spot goal kicks (anywhere in it), offensive IFKs (closet point on the line parallel to goaline from infringement inside), and defensive FKs (anywhere in GA if infringement was inside).
