ODP is the US youth program, so perhaps you should post in the US Youth forum.
FIFA is the world-wide governing body for soccer.

WOW. Yea, FIFA is the governing body of MOST soccer programs in the world - there is not one "FIFA team."
ODP is a demanding program in the States that requires you to be HEAVILY recruited by an ODP coach or member and then you go to a regional training program and they decide if you can be on the team. It also helps to know people among other essentials.

? they qualify, hence the world cup qualifying rounds in asia oceaniana africa europe america south america etc etc. FIFA is the governing body of the sport they dont consist of teams they just write the rules and genrally govern the whole sport over the globe, the world cup is a compertition open to all countries who wish to enter a team. If you want to play for an international side your gonna have to play for a good club side and get selected by your national coach, you cant just walk into these things otherwise thered be a damn big que

Just an amend, it's not open to all countries per se but for those whose national federations are afilliated to FIFA
Which includes most countries in the world anyways
