Practice Fundamentals(Passing Dribbling(more so on agility) Touch Control, Juggling,Feints and Fastfootwork drills)

Tuesday-5 mile bike ride
Shoot(Power Bend and Dips)

Wednesday-None
Practice Fundamentals(Passing Dribbling(more so on speed) Touch Control, Juggling,Feints and Fastfootwork drills)

Thursday-5 mile bike ride
Shoot(Volley and Bike Kick)

Friday- Run interval 2 miles (set up in blocks of endurance and sprints)
Practice Fundamentals(Passing Dribbling(more so on agility) Touch Control, Juggling,Feints and Fastfootwork drills)

Every Practice i try and end with juggling and freekicks. Any flaws with it?suggestions? comments? I want to get better and criticism is the only way so...help me out

i have a similar training plan for myself. I would suggest making each day more specific for a certain skill or aspect. For example instead of training your dribbling passing touch and footwork all on one day. focus on one of those for an hour and another one the same day for a half an hour and then vice versa the next day. Thats what i do anyway. it may not work for u. but i hope it helps. :)

I'm going to school for Athletic Training, sounds pretty good man. It is a good pre-season program for endurance and fitness. Keep it up! You probably will get bored with the same routine, if that happens, don't give up and try to mix it up if you have to.
