Thanks! I just had an apple but love a good 'everything' bagel! Working on 2nd giant cup of coffee now.
Did anyone her do anything for National Neighborhood Night Out (name?) last night? I didn't know anything about it, but some friends a few houses down invited all the people on the block over for a cookout. Had a few beers, a few chili-dogs. Fun time but I wanted it to be Friday.

Anyone watch the show Miami Ink on TLC on Tuesday nights? Pretty decent show and the cool thing is the shop in right in front on my first apartment in SOBE. Also, they show them going into the Playwirght, the pub I went to all the time. Watching the show makes me want to get a new tatt and make a trip back to SOBE. Wish I was hangin with feej right about now!

Cam, I actually knew about the Neighborhood Night Out thing. IIRc, the idea is to encourage mingling on nights when people might otherwise be camped on the sofa or engaged with friends from outside the neighborhood. I've a former classmate who's big into all these nuveau social ideas and told me about it. We also be big fans of Talk Like a Pirate Day (http://www.talklikeapirate.com/piratehome.html) (Spet. 19) and No Pants Day (http://www.nopantsday.com/).
Clearly we tend to the obscure. :D

I don't watch Miami Ink, but do wish I was in SOBE (that just sounds cool) right now! I have only been to Miami once, when I was in high school. We left on a cruise from there.......pathetic but true-most of my time was spent in the Atl in my younger days......
