Sack him....... Get Roeder out along with half the other donkeys... People need to start wearing the Claret and Blue with pride again. We have to many people just doning the jersey for the wage.
I think it is about time we bought some good old East London pride back into this club. Remember the days when teams feared coming to the boleyn and a Wednesday evening in the cup.
We need a kick up the jacksy now..... It is disgraceful, before we know it we shall be playing against Millwall again... now that would not be a bad thing at least after the game we could take our frustration out them......

that is the point I'm keying in on. There is absolutely no way we should be losing at home. It's inconceivable.
