The name is escaping me, but he's a comedian in England who had an ongoing series of comedy sketches that involved 'typical Scousers' or whatever.

Mind you, they've never had much sense of humour up there. Must be something to do with the beer.

Yosser Hughes... played by the great Bernard Hill.
He played Theoden, (I think), in Lord of the Rings but I preferred him as Abel Magwitch in Great Expectations or possibly Joe... something... in Shirley Valentine.
