All over

4-1

Top of the league bitches... :D

Good game too. Metz really made a game of it.

Oh yes, and Pauleta can't hit a barn door. Which proves we need a new striker within the next month...

Allez Paris Allez!!!

Just got back from the game...what a great game! I was sitting in boulogne bleu with my friend and discussing how the stand was louder than it ever was last year. Upon entering the parc des princes, I could feel the anticipation of the new season.

Kalou and Dhorasso continually showed why they were brought to Paris, with Kalou being the scoring threat and Dhorasso controlling the game through the midfield. Except for a couple of shaky defensive moments (bernard mendy's fault on the goal was clear...if only he would remember the basic defensive idea that you must stay with your man in a 1-2), the team played well together. I think the chemistry will only get better with time...

Wow, you got back quickly...:)

I guess the Parisian traffic wasn't that bad...

But, why aren't you in Latin quarter getting drunk of your arse? :D

I agree on the team chemistry, at certain times we looked a bit disorganised and loose. This will improve in due course.

What a start to the season! I am sure we all hoped for a great performance, but this was quite a treat. I'd like to see the defense improve, but we all know it will take time for them to gel. Doesn't seem like that will be necessary for Kalou and Pauleta.

Tremendous effort, I almost don't want them to wait another week to play.

Still staring at the FT result and rubbin my eyes....do my eyes deceive me or did PSG actually beat the snot out of someone?

Very nice start to the season, always great to begin the long season with a resounding win that keeps your supporters coming back for more.

I just thought of something.....PSG is top of the table.

I really don't think they could have started out any better. But it's only one week and now attention should turn to Sochaux, a team they played fairly well last year.

Does anyone know much about the 05/06 version?

sochaux has cleared house and brought in a bunch of new players. How much they will challenge PSG rests on how well the sochaliens gel. The match against toulouse will be a good indicator

I think with these upcoming games, and I don't mean to sound over the top - but we have a great chance of getting some points on the board and picking up 3 wins in our first 3 games. A good start is definetly what we need...

We never ever start this well.

And it's about time that we did....
