Hey on xm today they were talking about how every monday they replay one of live 8 concerts...ex. next week in Philly's concert...on one of the channels. Anyone know if Live 8 is putting out a cd or dvd compilation set of some of the best performances?

I can't see them not putting something out, although, there hasn't been any sort of announcement yet.

I don't know, but i finally heard the reunited Pink Floyd doing "Wish You Were Here" on the radio. It was so awful i changed the station after a minute.

Really? I thought it was pretty good. In fact, I thought the whole Floyd set was good. You know who still kick ass? The Who. Granted it's just Pete and Roger, but they really rocked.

Anyway, i'm heading down to the pool. I'm so tired from last night i can't drag myself down to the beach today. I'm gonna swim a few laps then take a nap. I might go to Street Scene tonight, if my buddy from the radio station has extra tix, but i might not... The headliner tonight is The Killers and i don't know if i'm up for watching a Strokes rip off tonite, i don't really mind their music so much, but their lyrics are utterly meaningless and they just seem totally contrived.
Edit- Just checked and the White Stripes and Social D are also playing tonite, at the same time... WTF?

Maybe it was cooler on TV than on the radio, the music was fine but the guys voice sounded awful and he was missing alot of notes.
