Not planning your social life, but some ideas for getting together (little pressure on either of you):
Meet for a drink after work(could turn in to dinner, etc if you think it is going well or bail if tired not going well.....)
Meet for lunch/brunch on the weekend (again pressure is off-can make plans for later or go to a movie, park, etc. after)
Just some ideas for testing the dating waters again! Good luck-maybe you'll find a footie-loving super model that likes to give oral pleasure (this is what one of my husbands friends says about his perfect woman-only replace footie-loving with cyclist-although this could explain why he is still single...... ;) )

Second of all, I don't know the girl, but if it were my first phone call from someone i met off the internet, I would be nervous as ******** about calling him back. So try her again, maybe she was just nervous. I know I for one am a lot quicker to open up online than I would be over the phone so I think it's natural to expect a transition.

Anyone else watching Porto v Boca Juniors? They just showed a good number of Arsenal players sitting watching the match. They focused on JAR in particular. Seeing as this is GolTV, I'm assuming that's because he's Spanish.
I watched part of the match at Firehouse Subs of all places...whoda thought? LOL

Yeah something about the phone thing...I've never really been into it. I'm much more comfortable online or in person. It's been an extremely long time since I've been on the dating scene, and I wouldn't know WHAT I was doing! So open type group places rather than soft lit intimate places are what I think you should go for when you pick a place. Less pressure, ya know. I can't imagine anything much scarier than a blind date. So anything you can do to make it more comfortable will help. And besides it may be YOU wanting to bail if she turns out to be some 70 year old fat chick with saggy boobs that's into s&m...unless she's rich with good life insurance of course!

Well, based on the picture on her profile, she's a pretty girl in her early thirties - much more my speed. I thought we covered the whole S&M thing the other day when talking about the Go-Go's :D

Pretty much, but if it was me i'd make plans to have drinks tonite with a friend someplace cool. Then I'd call her and say "hey, me and my buddy are going to this cool place, you can come meet up with us if you want to." Totally casual, and it makes it look like you have a life and aren't desparate for company. If she shows up, great if she doesn't, you might meet somebody else.

Yes, I checked my mail you goob. So unless you just turned 5 and are having a pool party or work at the dollar store...none of it came from you!
Third weekend in a row for kid's birthday parties...why are so many kids born in the summer? Must be soccer fans...trying to get it out of the way during the off-season.

well, i got my job offer. I would be an underwriting assistant. its more money then my current job, but not much, but I would be downtown and would not have to drive, so I would save on gas. The healthcare is also free, $10 a month for dental.
i'm going to have to think about this one
