I think he's a great player, but it appears he no longer wants to play for Fulham.
His contract runs out after this season, so instead of losing him for free, sell him for 5-6 million pounds and buy someone else.

I think his contract runs out after the 2007-2008 season. Thus, we would not lose him on a free if he stays with us this season.

Dated Sept. 03, which says he extended his contract at that time until 2006.

He signed another extension this past January.

I think the money we'll lose if we sell Boa Morte due to being relegated will far outweight the free transfer next season. :(
He'll come to his senses once he realizes Newcastle United is going to be absolute crap the campaign after the season kicks off.
