The club started in 1935 as the Tokyo Gas Football Club

They have been usually in Japan's second league, looks like they were promoted in 1998 and have stayed in the 1st league ever since. They seem to be an average team at best usually finishing around 8th in the 1st league. Last year though they had finished 5th and had won a Japanese tournament called the Yamazaki Nabisco Cup against the Urawa Reds. This tournament win was the first cup ever won by FC Tokyo.

Team Colors are Blue and Red

Stadium INFO:
Ajinomoto Stadium
Capacity: 50,000

They are just like Groclin of the Polish league, but probably not nearly as good. The teams have not ever stood out then a good year or two and people jump on their bandwagon like their the $h!t

Less than two days til Bayern face off against Tokyo. Hopefully they won't lost to Tokyo since there recent loss to Stuttgart. Bayern shouldn't lose period, but at least if they lost they lost to a pretty good team in Stuttgart. :)

I wouldn't really be surprised if Bayern were to actually put out a disapointing result, look what happened to Madrid.
