I was at 11.22.97 - so awesome. That entire weekend was sick. Emotional Rescue opener? We were like WTF?!?!?! 12.31.98 was spent passed out on my ex-gf's bed!

I am actually partial to the I am Rutherfordium-were u there in '99 when they played that? Sick man-just amazing stuff (and that was before the show even started). I think that Trey actually levitated during that one! :D ;)

You know that I am just kidding guys-but for non Phish folks-this all sounds like a foreign language ( I mean I get that these are sets and songs)! ;)

Yeah, Steph, you actually had me going for a moment there. "Rutherford The Brave" is a character from the song cycle Trey wrote for his college thesis, "Gamehenge."

You don't even want to know... My buddies and I used to get drunk in the lot before shows and play the Phish Phinal Phour. Basically, we'd pit 64 Phish songs up against one another NCAA Tourney-style, and then we'd each take a turn choosing which song won which matchup. Each of us had one veto, or "Naah." that we could use to overrule someone's choice. We did it twice. First time, "Mike's Song" won, beating out "Lizards". The second, it was "First Tube" in an upset over "Harry Hood."

1. spelling spot on.

2. you asked for it:

Lance Armstrong and Trey:

Lance to Sheryl
Sheryl and Kid Rock sang "The Picture"...Kid Rock guested 9.29.00 on a few songs

"South Park" to Trey:

South park made phun of Philip Glass in season 1.

Philip and Trey co-headlined the Tibet Concert at Carnegie hall twice

Eric Clapton and Trey:

EC and BB King released "Riding with the King"

BB guested at 2.24.03 Phish Show

you get the point
