A bizarro alternate universe league and we can't use any players form teams placed higher the 10th. :D

would we also include a rule about a team moving up/down from 11th and below? would we have to drop those players after the move up (as in, eat the points needed to make transfers, this would require the players to keep up with their team at least once a week, midweek)?
