Was just browsing through this thread when I came across the statement that proclaimed Landon Donovan as the second best player in the world. Yes LD is an excellent player, the best the U.S have but 2nd best in the world? Get real.
Haven't you heard of the following players;
Ronaldo
Figo
Zidane
Beckham
Owen
Van Nistelrooy
Henry
Carlos
Giggs
Viera
Vieri
Plus many others.
Don't get me wrong I rate LD very highly and think he'd do very well in Europe, but he isn't the second best player around by a long shot.

Whats with all the posters that have under 15 posts running this "thread". Judging by the comments and "intelligence" displayed, I can only surmise that number is probably about twice the age of these people.
I hope that ronald the monk guy doesnt get ahold of this thread...poor kids
