Former Chelsea midfielder Enrique De Lucas is suing the Premiership champions.

The Spanish midfield man began a High Court action in London on Monday demanding more than £2.5 million from The Blues.

De Lucas is seeking damages for unpaid wages, bonuses, accommodation, appearance fees and other expenses.

The 27-year-old arrived from Spanish side Alaves in 2002, but returned to the club after playing 31 games at Stamford Bridge.

The hearing centres on whether Chelsea broke the terms of their contract in sending him back to play for the Spanish outfit.

3 years later? ******** off Enrique:mad:. he was as mediocre a loan signing as there's ever been in the EPL.

You know, when Hutchinson brought in Bogarde, many thought he made a real scoop.

He did come with a fine background - for free!

Amazing when you think about it.

What was CH thinking signing him to a four year, 40k a week deal? Of Course no one wanted to sign him, who wanted to pay 40 grand a week for a reserve team foward?

De Lucas suing Chelsea?

I'm surprised the Blues aren't suing him under the trades-description act for posing as a 'footballer' at Stamford Bridge.

Bollocks. Clan's nicked my line. Well I thought it first when I saw it on teletext you bastard.

;) :p

btw: Didn't Kike come from Espanyol and NOT Alaves?
