We're losing our Bundesliga members.

I hope that we don't lose Keller next (or anyone else for that matter).

I've seen a few suggestions on here of players who are not on the Gold Cup roster.

Do we get to replace injured players on the roster? I would think not, but I can't say for sure.

No we don't, I didn't mean for the last 2 GC games--Hejduk will be fine for that--rather going forward (particularly for the Trinidad game, since Frankie is suspended).

Not for right back, no.

Why not?? He's got the body and the skill set for it. He's not likely to take Cherundolo's starting job but there's a good chance he could provide a better #2 option than Hejduk or Albright.

Since we are looking at options Ralston can play right back. He's not a natural defender but he's a very smart player who bring a great soccer brain to where ever he's asked to play. I'm not talking about Germany but in the next Hex where we will be without The Dude.

If a guy like Simms gets called into camp, it might be the perfect time to see how Marvell Wynne plays against the big boys.

Not saying start him, just bring him in to camp and see how he looks.

In some ways, cherundolo's injury will be a good thing since it'll give him an enforced break from matches....

he'd have played until the end of july, and with 3 hex matches in august and early september and with the start of bundesliga, dolo would have been very busy...

the break away from playing will give him a chance to rehab, and be far fresher....and hopefully, the rest now means he'd be far fresher next june...

play hard now, in the hex and in the bundesliga, and I wonder how much gas he'd have when it's really important
