when you are looking at your team hit the transfers link (its on the right side). then when you get to the next screen your whole team is shown and click on the green under the jersey to drop them from the team and then click on a player on the right to add him. If you want to search by teams there are drop down boxes up top!

you are only allowed one free transfer per week. after that they cost 4 points each.

I swear that was what I was doing but it was not changing my squad! I need to make several changes so the points don't really matter right now! I'll try again.....
