Fantasy League

Footie draft leagues have got to be tough, huh? I mean baseball is one thing, every team has at least a couple top point scorers, but if you miss out on the big guns (Henry Lampard, etc) you'll be struggling.

I don't think it'll be as hard as you suggest. The points system is the same as the standard league so there are a range of good point getters. However, this is my first football draft so I'm not sure. I've been doing american football draft leagues for more than a decade and have been very successful (win leagues each year, prizes, etc) so I'm hoping that experience translate to this. I also know I can do well at the standard EPL fantasy football since I came in 3rd or 4th in our ArseAm league last season and in the top 1-1.5k on the EPL site.

Hopefully, I'll do ok even without Henry as my captain since I got 4th pick in our draft. :(

Yeah, I know, I was actually expecting neg rep for it and I'm surprised I haven't gotten any. I don't know, it's fantasy football and I want to win so my emotions don't really enter the equation. I've played Curtis Martin in NFL leagues and I hate him with the burning passion of a thousand red suns, so I can play this douchebag without a second thought.

I played that one for years but they pissed me off when they changed the rules last year. I paid a ton for Titi up front, he lit the league up and his value plumeted. Logic, anyone?

Yeah I quit them for similar reasons. The scoring was odd and full or errors that sometimes got fixed and sometimes the fix was worse than the first error. It was a joke. Odd thing is that the american football fantasy system really works.

I've been playing Yahoo Ligue 1 fantasy, and it's just awful. Half of the new transfers aren't there, and it doesn't register scores for alot of players.
