Has anyone tried streamload.com? It's free and you upload big files and then any other user can get on and download them. Some other similar ones will let you send links via email that they can access to download. Some of these require you to set up an acct...some don't...

Anyway a friend of mine was using it for pictures, movies, music etc b/c the limit is huge...like 10 gig! I thought it would be cool to be able to send each other songs, etc without swamping our email accounts. I'm mean I guess if it was a really big file like a movie, you could just start the download before you go to bed. That's what I usually do, but for music it shouldn't take that long.

Anyway, I just heard about it today and was wondering if anyone used something of this nature.

I have downloaded footie highlights over them but never music....I download band-consented live shows via bittorrent from various sites.
