Winning Eleven 8 (PC), Online Play/League?

Hi All,
I’m an avid fan of WE8 for the PS2. Recently discovered that there is a PC version with online support. I’m looking for information on joining an online league. Setting up online play, and testing my mettle against all of the online gamers out there. I think I’m good, but I’m pumped to find out how good! :)

I’ve heard of people cheating during other online games, does this happen with WE8 PC?

Are there open leagues available to play?

Is there a charge to play online?

Can you trade players with other people online?

How deep is the online experience?

cheating? how so.....the client I've used to play my friends online, only allows for the original option file to be used, even if you have a patch installed, the only way that you'll be able to play with an edited file, its if both of the players have the same option file, that's why most leagues out there create a master file that all players use for the duration of the league.

I've had a little bit of discovery with this. PES4LAUNCHER appears to be the best tool for meeting up and playing online with other we8 gamers. http://www.pes4launcher.co.uk/

I'd still like to be a member of a league...
