You will have the newly introduced "scudetto" shield on the 2006 Galaxy jersey, then in 2007, the 2nd Championship star will be introduced on the jersey.
I love the idea, it lets the Galaxy or any other champion carry the MLS Cup with them anywhere they go for one year.

The scudetto thing is just plain stupid.

Just put another star on the jersey and call it a day.

With all the advertising, logos, etc., the jersey is already crouded with crap.

I absolutely agree with Erik. The jersey looked fine with the stars. Besides, I wanted to purchase a new kit because I assumed that there would be 2 stars on it. And now I have to wait until next year!?!? :mad: Why couldn't they put that scudetto on the sleeve similar to how the championship league puts the soccer ball on the sleeves so it doesn't take up so much space. There's so many dang logos already, the Galaxy name is getting pushed further and further down towards the bottom of the jersey.

Note to the jersey designer: Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS)-->Scudetto = Wack
