The reason I put "judicial legislation" into quotes is because such term does not exist. Its a convenient phrase used by people upset at certain rulings.

Well ... this will be my last post on this subject since it really has nothing to do with anything, but you stated in your own post that it does exist because of poor legislation. (regardless of the term used) :D

And I put it in quotes specifically to denote that its a false term with no real meaning. Some decisions that judges take which are controversial are results of poor drafting. Its not because the judge wants to "legislate", its because the law is written poorly.

I hereby dub this the make up for lost rep thread... I will rep those who post here, whether they like it or not.
I just visited Achtung's list... I guess they dont like it when people "abuse rep" I've no idea what that means, perhaps it involves David Dein, and it might be also reffered to as "repping up" not to be confused with "tapping up."
I guess this thread might then be abuse if I were to go around nilly willy and repping folk... Mott is there a chance I might get carded for giving rep? the whole thing strikes me as bizarre. Its not like you can get elected or like you get groupies or monetary gain from having rep... what's the big deal?

Well, I'm down to 2 nipples from my glorious past as 'a diamond in the rough'. I was just a few rep points away from the land of the shiny 6th nipple, and I woke up to find BS had jacked 3 nipples overnight.
It just ain't fair. I've tried to post a few football-related masterpieces to get the rep back, but most have just been stepped over in a most unglorious manner.
My desparation has led me to this thread. Pride swallowed, conscience gagged and reputation overlooked, I deplore you: help me on my path back. HIT ME WITH THAT REP!!!

You are supposed to post something rep-worthy, and we'll try to reward those who do.
We don't give out "free" rep, that would be wrong.
