I think player's favour Lolo's laid back approach to life and managment in general.

I think Vahid's strict and intolerant methods made him lots of enemies in the changing rooms and cots us last season.

When Vahid took over the season from last, there was serious discipline problems within the team. They needed a guy like him to shake things up and get what needed to be done.
