Very good player.
Fast striker, who can also dribble and make good headers, although he´s only 1,72 m.
Made the last season at least 10 goals per season, but imo he also miss a lot of chances.
I think 4 mio € is a bit less for him, so good deal for Zaragoza.

Ewerthon would not have started at BVB if he stayed another season. He scored 10-15 goals a season, but should have easily scored in the 20s.
His best part is his speed... other than that he is not really great at anything else. He is young and might turn out to be a steal in the future though.
Also, he is not a "very good player" or Dortmund would still have him.

Dortmund doesn´t sell him imo, because lack of quality,
but they do, cause they need money.
I wouldn´t sell a player, who made at least 10 goals per season.
Imo he is better than his temmates at Dortmund,
except Koller, but he´s another kind of player.

Ewerthon is a very good player who I believe only needs to learn coolness in front of the net and how to take care of the ball better. Zaragoza are getting a very good striker with a world of potential.
Again, his only problems are his ball handling and that he's a crappy finisher. He should have had over 20 goals the past three seasons, but he blows more chances than any striker I've ever seen.
For that matter, so does Jan Koller.
And I think I can say Ewerthon isn't being sold because the club needs money. The problems at Dortmund are not as bad as the press makes them out to be. At least not for the next two years anyway.
Dortmund announced (By omission) before the end of last season that Ewerthon would/could be sold. And honestly, I figured Ewerthon would be sold as soon as Dortmund signed Delron Buckley.
Ewerthon damaged his place on the team beyond repair when he faked injury/sickness to miss a match last season. When the team finally got behind Bert van Marwijk, there was seemingly one notable exception in the group. Ewerthon.
I believe that's the major reason Ewerthon was sold.
I think Zaragoza will be very happy with him. I think he will score lots of important goals for Zaragoza. If you guys have a trainer or older Brazilians who can get him to lose his nervousness in front of the net, I think Ewerthon will become one of the best strikers in Spain and maybe even Europe......

I agree with everything you say except Ewerthon is "not a very good player".
I believe he is, but just has a couple of flaws in his game.
